The living area is spacious with a 26' LCD TV, DVD player, Sofa, table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen has all the basic crockery and cutlery plus for cooking a 2 element hot plate, electric frying pan and a microwave.

The front door is a ranch slider which opens on to the court yard. A patio table and chairs is provided to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

Also for your convenience your car park is at the door.
