Q.  How far is Amber Court Motor Lodge from Nelson City Centre?
A.  We are about 6 kilometres from Nelson City and about 7 kilometres from the Richmond shopping Mall.  A good location to access all the Nelson district shopping and Event Centres but away from the hustle and bustle of the City life.

Q.  Can I access all the local attractions from the Motel?
A.  Yes, you can easily access all the local attractions from our Motel in Tahunanui.  Many of the tour operators will collect guests from our gate.  We have good local knowledge and access to up to date information. 

Q.  Does Amber Court Motor Lodge have wireless internet access?
A.  Yes we do have high speed wireless internet access available in all units.

Q.  Are you close to the Nelson airport?
A.  Amber Court Motor Lodge is about 2 kilometre from the Nelson airport.  We also provide a courtesy pick up service from the airport if required.

Q.  Are your units easily accessible.
A.  Yes, all our units are easily accessible.  They are all spacious ground floor units and all but one have parking at the door.

Q.  I understand your complex is located next to the main road.  Is it noisy?
A.  Amber Court Motor Lodge is located on Annesbrook drive, Tahunanui which is one of the main roads in and out of the City.  This makes us easy to find and great for attracting passing potential customers.  Most of our units are towards the back of the complex, with the ones closest to the road fitted with hush glass.   The most common feed back we get from guests is that the road noise is not an issue.  The unit closest to the road is fitted with hush glass and this does make a big difference.

Q.  Do you charge commission?
A.  We do not charge commission on bookings made direct with us via phone, email or directly from our website.
If you choose to book through a 2nd party website ie, wotif, booking.com, ratestogo, etc then you may be charged commission as these sites charge up to 15% commission for a booking.
